It serves as a replacement for an older dock, incorporating multiple levels that enhance its utility and aesthetics. The walkout feature from the house provides convenient access, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxation and enjoyment by the water.

Fox Drive – Sweetwater Lake


The dock on Sweetwater Lake in South Central Indiana represents a stunning transformation, as it underwent updates, refinishing, and the addition of an outdoor bar. These enhancements have elevated its appeal and functionality, creating an inviting space for leisure and entertainment by the water. With its refreshed look and the inclusion of an outdoor bar, the dock now offers a perfect setting for gatherings, relaxation, and enjoying the scenic beauty of Sweetwater Lake in Indiana’s picturesque landscape.

Basement Steps


In Central Indiana, a set of steps underwent a significant transformation when we replaced them and altered their flow. The updated steps now contribute to a more efficient and visually appealing pathway, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding landscape. This change not only improves accessibility but also enhances the overall aesthetic and functionality of the area, making it more enjoyable and practical for residents and visitors alike.

Lion Dr – Sweetwater Lake

The dock on Lion Drive highlights a clean, modern waterfront setup designed for both function and relaxation. Featuring a covered boat lift with a durable metal roof, it provides protection from the elements while keeping the boat easily accessible. The synthetic decking extends into a spacious lounging area, offering low maintenance and long-term durability. A dedicated swim ladder and open platform space create an inviting spot for enjoying the water, while the direct connection to the shoreline and home above ensures a smooth, practical flow between lake life and everyday living.

Cordry Drive – Sweetwater Lake


The dock on Cordry Drive combines a strong architectural presence with a natural lakeside setting. The dark metal roof provides durable coverage for the boat lift, while creating a clean contrast against the surrounding trees. Beneath it, the open slip keeps the layout simple and functional, with synthetic decking extending into a comfortable platform for relaxing at the water’s edge.

A well-placed stair system connects the dock to the home above, following the natural slope for easy access. Surrounded by mature trees and seasonal color, the space feels private and grounded—built for both durability and quiet enjoyment on the water.
